Year 2000 Compliance Statement

BlackGold Systems Group Inc. will certify that its current software is year 2000 compliant:

SPFX-DA Disk Analyst	Version 2.1 and higher
SPFX-PA Performance Analyst	Version 1.2 and higher

Our software will operate correctly when used before, during, and after the calendar year 2000. To ensure Year 2000 compatibility, BlackGold’s software design includes date/data century recognition, calculations that accommodate same century and multi-century formulas and data values, and date/data interface values that reflect the century. This is provided that all other products (e.g., other software, firmware and hardware) used with it properly exchange date data with the BlackGold product.

Version and Release

BlackGold Systems Group Inc. warrants only the current version listed above and future releases. If you are not running these versions please contact BlackGold Systems Group Inc. to receive the newest release, or download the latest release from our software download page.

If you are currently running Version 2.0 of SPFX-DA Disk Analyst, download and install the Y2K fix for Disk Analyst. This patch is for Version 2.0 only.

Previously Issued Year 2000 Statements

This site is being designated as a "Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure" and the information contained herein is provided pursuant to the terms hereof and the Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act. Thus, all Year 2000 statements made in our prior correspondence are subject to the protections provided in the Act.
